By accessing or using the Snap Mosaic website and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
- User Accounts
- You must create an account to use certain features of Snap Mosaic. A valid Gmail address is required.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Content Ownership and Usage
- Users retain ownership of all content (images, text, and data) they upload to Snap Mosaic.
- By uploading content, you grant Snap Mosaic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing our Services.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload any content.
- Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload content that:
- Violates any laws or regulations.
- Infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
- Contains offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate material.
- Privacy and Data Security
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
- Embedded Mosaics
- Snap Mosaic allows embedding of mosaics on websites.
- Modifying or removing branding elements from embedded mosaics without permission is prohibited.
- Intellectual Property Rights
- All rights to the Snap Mosaic platform, including software, design, and branding, belongs to Digerati Webcrafts Private Limited.
- Users must not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without explicit permission.
- Account and Content Deletion
- You may delete your account or individual projects at any time. Deleted content will be removed from our servers within a reasonable timeframe.
- Snap Mosaic reserves the right to delete accounts or projects that violate these terms or one year after purchase if the associated project is not renewed.
- All project data, including images, mosaics, and user submissions, will be retained for a limited period based on your plan. Free project data will be automatically deleted after 7 days of project creation, while Mosaic Pro data will be deleted 1 year after expiration of your Mosaic Pro Plan.
- Liability and Indemnification
- Snap Mosaic is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our Services.
- You agree to indemnify Snap Mosaic against any claims arising from your use of the Services or your uploaded content.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indian Jurisdiction.
