- No Refunds or Cancellations
- All purchases made on Snap Mosaic are project-based and non-refundable.
- Once a project purchase is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
- Validity of Purchases
- Each purchase remains valid for the duration specified in the project plan chosen by the customer.
- Projects will be available for use and access until the expiration of the selected plan.
- Project Expiration
- If a plan is not renewed upon expiration, the associated project will be deleted after a year as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
